The maintenance of this list is suspended until further notice. I don't expect very many in-person conferences in 2021 and maybe not even in 2022 and for now my time is better spent on other more useful pursuits. If and when in-person conferences resume, I'll consider reviving this list, if only for my own use, which was actually the original purpose. Pray for a return to sanity and courage instead of the insanity and cowardice that characterize society today.
